Just after a winter rain... Manhattan Beach and it's pier. We're former residents of this swanky beach town that is now called home by many celebrities. Now we just live a few minutes away but half of the duo works just a block from this exact spot. Gotta love L.A.!

Dia de los Muertos > Halloween

So, I'm not a big Halloweenie but I love me some Dia de los Muertos! Perhaps it is from growing up in Los Angeles and being so close to the culture of it or maybe it's the beauty in celebrating with your loved ones who have passed. Whatever the reason, it makes me smile from ear to ear AND it's so bright and beautiful. I love the colors, sentiment, and festivities! You won't see me in a costume this Sunday but I will be down at Olvera St. come Monday and/or Tuesday!
How do you celebrate the Halloween/All Souls Day "season"?
